A few weeks ago I traveled to Nashville, TN to celebrate my sister's graduation from college! I am so excited and proud of her and the amazing journey she is on. She truly inspires me! After the ceremony and after the crowds had cleared we did a mini session taking pictures around Belmont's campus. Apparently, the second ceremony was taking place while we were taking pictures and a security guard was like "You're not supposed to be in there right now, are you?" tehehe
After taking pictures of other people's horses I thought it was about time to get some of my own! This is my horse Cheeks, and he is a Bashkir Curly horse. That breed is really unique and pretty rare, and they are known for their curly coat! And since he still had his really thick curly coat I thought it would be a perfect time to get some pictures of it before I gave him a haircut for the summer.
Since the move and our big road trip life has been pretty hectic trying to get everything settled. It was so nice to purposely take a day off to relax and spend my mom's birthday with her. We accidentally found the Moulton Falls trail loop and my goodness was it cool! Waterfalls and great trails to hike, we are definitely going to come back when there is more daylight and go on some of the longer loops!
I almost stepped on this little guy!
I love taking pictures. Whether it is of people, animals or landscapes I am always running around trying to get the best shot. Just ask my husband, I am always annoying him with pictures ;).
